This plugin can be downloaded via the Update Manager or get it directly from the Sourceforge page.
JFreeChart is a very nice library, that allows you to create different charts.

You can check, if the plugin is installed correctly, by selecting
"About Eclipse Platfrom" - "Plug-in Details" from the help menu. The following screenshot shows

GEF (Graphical Editing Framework) is a subproject of eclipse. It allows the easy creation of
own diagrams.
